Overview

Each website design project is different and unique. 

We strongly feel that publishing our prices allows our potential clients to be more educated on what services you receive for your hard earned money.

Fee Structure

$500 - Design Fee: This fee is the charge for all the time it takes us to analyze your needs, come up with a overall design/structure of your website (simple logo and graphics, menu and navigation creation,...).  This fee also includes ALL of the following:

  • A custom designed one page website that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.  
  • A custom designed "splash page" to serve as your website until your full website is designed and goes "live".  Once you secure your web hosting service, it is important to get "something" out as your website.  The "splash page" should contain a graphic, perhaps your logo, your business name, address, phone number, fax number, and email.  
  • An unsecured designated space on our website (http://www.simplicitywebdesigns.com) where you can see how you website is progressing.  
  • Submission of your website's URL to Google, Yahoo and Bing so that it can be indexed.  Once you have your URL from your web hosting company, we will place your URL on our "Portfolio" page.  This will speed up the indexing of your website!  
  • A three month maintenance contract.  A client will not be charged for any maintenance changes for a period of three months after the delivery and deployment of their website.  Maintenance changes include adding/deleting/modifying text and pictures on existing website pages.  This does not imply a total redesign of the website.  This is a maxium of 15 hours of work, whichever comes first; 15 hours of work during a 3 month period.    

$100 - Per Web Page: Unlimited text and pictures if supplied electronically!  This includes page title graphics, editing photographs,...etc. 

That's it! A simple, fair, straightforward, and up-front pricing policy.

For example, let's say you would like a website that consists of 5 web pages.  The total cost breakdown would be $500.00 + $400.00 (4 additional web pages @! $100 per webpage) = $900.00

Website Maintenance

All maintenance performed to an existing website will be billed at an hourly rate of $80.00.

"Methods of Payment"
